Getting Started

    Start by holding the dip machine handles & lift your bodyweight, locking your arms.

  • 2

    Lift your upper body in a forward motion over your hands & bend slightly at the waste so your chest is close to parallel with the dip machine handles.

  • 3

    Now bending at the elbows bring your body toward the floor until your elbows are around 90 degrees.

  • 4

    Finally push your body weight back up to the start position.
