Getting Started

Lie down on the machine and place your feet on the platform with your knees straight.

Unlock the machine so that the machine's weight is on your toes and push the platform away from your body only with your toes (moving heels towards your body).

Slowly return to the starting position so that your feet are in contact with the platform and repeat the exercise.
