Getting Started


  • 1

    Grab a dumbbell in each hand and stand with your feet shoulder width apart.

  • 2

    Bend over at the waist and let your arms hand with the dumbbells touching in the middle.

  • 3

    Keeping your arms straight lift the dumbbells out the side of your body.

  • 4

    Pinch your shoulder blades together at the top and then lower the dumbbells back down to starting position.

  • 5

    This completes one repetition.
