Getting Started


  • 1

    Lie down on your back with arms at sides and lift your feet slightly off the ground.

  • 2

    While keeping your hips and knees straight, bring one foot on top of the other so that the heel of that foot is just above the foot underneath.

  • 3

    Return this foot to the starting position while getting the other foot on top of it in the same manner.
